What Vow is

Vow is a wedding planning tool. It helps couples manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating, budgets, travel and a wedding website. It is not a travel agency, venue booking service or legal advisor.

Accounts

You need an account to plan a wedding. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person creates the wedding and can invite collaborators (partner, family, planner) with different permission levels.

Guest data

Couples are responsible for the personal data they collect from their guests. Vow provides the tools; the couple decides what to ask and who to share it with. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed.

Content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, text, files). By uploading you grant Vow a limited licence to store and display it within the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vow to send spam, collect data without consent, or for any purpose unrelated to wedding planning.

Availability

We aim to keep Vow available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Vow is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
